Husband, father, former law enforcement officer and author Stephen is a highly favored transformational speaker. For over a decade, Stephen has had the privilege of working with community leaders, local council members, organizations and educational staff to boost morale and change lives. From working as a full time correction officer to working in various municipal departments, Stephen has experience many variations of affection throughout his career. F.A.D.E.S (REBUILDING YOUTH-LAW ENFORCEMENT RELATIONS:
In this presentation, Stephen's story takes the students on a journey from being a trouble and confused youth to interacting with said youth as an officer. How his experiences on both sides have helped him create 5 key components F.A.D.E.S (freedom, attitude, discretion, education, and safety). These steps will educate and help students repair, respect and effectively communicate with all authority.
